Greater Goods Public Cupping

Explore the complexity, diversity, and pure unadulterated JOY of specialty coffee in this interactive tasting at Greater Goods! Together we'll brew 8 different coffees with an accessible and demystified cupping protocol, paying close attention to sensory aspects like aroma, body, sweetness, and acidity. By the end you'll feel caffeinated and confident when it comes to selecting your next bag of beans for home brewing.

Includes 10% off retail bagged coffee. Limit 6 students per session.

A two-hour milk steaming masterclass with some of Austin's best barista trainers.

Hey baristas, could you use a little help with your milk? You're not alone! Austin Coffee Collective invites you to join us at four locations around the city for a two-hour masterclass on steaming milk to the proper texture and temperature. You'll gain hands-on practice with some of Austin's best barista trainers. This event is made possible by Barista Friend, Epoch Coffee, Flora Coffee, Rising Tide, Royal Blue, and Minor Figures.

Note: Please select ONE date/time that works best for you. All classes are held at different locations. Please do not sign up for more than one session. This event is free for ACC members.
